We want you to love your Fuzzles. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at fuzzlesck@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll make it right with a refund or a replacement.
Damaged or wrong item? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
